Closing accounts

We’ve got a little bug that is keeping users from closing their accounts. We’ve found the error and should have a fix out in a few hours. If you are running into this problem, try back this afternoon and you should be able to bury your 43 Things account with all due ceremony.

    We fixed the bug on Friday — it’s working now. Let us know if you’re unable to close your account.

    I have been trying to contact somebody about reopening an account. I couldn’t find any info but read that it was possible. I hastily closed the account, but within days I had changed my mind and had to settle for a new username and losing all my entries. Is it possible?

    HEY! I am getting MASSSSIVE spam from your site..its giving me a grande headache and making your site look half @ssed and sad. I have more spambots than ever thanks to you! this is not good!

    I know your trying to make something good..but right now you are F’ing up alot of people and their accounts. This is no way to run a business. I have Casinobots and other assorted crap showing up in my search…

    stop it!!!!

    We don’t give out your email to anyone. Period. Nor is your email posted on the site unless you added it in an entry or comment.

    We agree with you that spam is an evil affliction. But please - don’t blame it on us.

    Hi fellows, few days ago I’ve noticed that my things on http://br.43things.com (brazilian portuguese version) doesn’t exist anymore. I had a lot of things, comments, etc there. Any sugestion?
