100,000 people on Things!

Yesterday we passed the 100,000 people mark on 43 Things. Exciting news as it blows our original expectations out of the water. 43 Things has not just grown faster than we imagined but it has grown in interesting and unexpected ways. I never would have guessed that the day we passed 100,000 users the top goal would be customize my myspace page. That’s some crazy jazz!

100,000 people in 3,000 cities doing over 200,000 things and still growing. Not sure where it’s all headed but folks still want to go on a road trip with no predetermined destination and I for one plan to tag along for the ride.

  1. Congratulations! That’s a huge accomplishment. Very exciting.

I’m a bit sad that the top goal isn’t more lofty, but I guess we’re all just human afterall.

  2. That’s fantastic! Congrats!

  3. Congrats, guys! I know it sounds cheesy but I am proud of all of you! I’m glad to be a teeny tiny part of such an interesting (and now very big) endeavour. When’s the party?

  4. Thanks! Nice to hear from all of you. Maggie — we’ll have a party when Bill comes up :-)

  5. Congrats! Makes sense that 43things.com would hit that mark, the site rocks! :-) I actually find myself doing things that are on my goal list for once and the encouragement and tips from others makes it so much more motivating. :D I have to laugh that ‘customize my myspace page’ is the top goal!

  6. Congratulations and thanks for making such a fun site! :)

  7. Hey! That’s great…But I have a question: I’ve got a login and I confirmed with the email and everything, and I even allowed cookies from the site, but every time I click log in it just takes me to the log in page? How do I fix it?! I can’t find anywhere else to contact anyone :-/

  8. MySpace is a superhuge monster that will make email obsolete!

    Congrats on the first 100,000!
