- BS/BA in computer science, electrical engineering or math
- Development experience in C, C++, Python, Ruby, or Java
- Experience with Unix or Linux operating system
- Experience with relational database design and SQL experience
- Strong object oriented programming and design skills
Desired skills:
- Familiar with blogs, social software, RSS, web services, and XML
- Experience with dynamically created web pages using languages such as Perl, Python, PHP or Ruby
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and ill-defined problems
- Must work and communicate well with groups through email, design documentation and technical presentations
